Where every part of you is welcome
Providing therapy for individuals throughout Massachusetts.
Therapy offers a space where every person’s story is honored and explored. Healing isn’t about erasing the past; it’s about integrating it. Like a mosaic, each life becomes more beautiful when all the fragments are acknowledged and embraced. Through compassionate, evidence-based therapy, I help individuals make sense of their pieces, reconnect with their inner strength, and move toward a life that feels whole and authentic.
About The Therapist
Hi! I’m Jenna.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with clinical experience working with all ages in various settings such as foster care, college counseling, and community mental health. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Roger Williams University and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marist College. I have always been a passionate advocate for mental health and therapy and strongly believe that asking for help is a strength, not a weakness.
Outside of session, I find joy in all kinds of crafty things, especially decorating sugar cookies. I love spending time with my loved ones and cats (even if they aren’t my own…Pets are always welcome in telehealth sessions!) I’m also a big fan of games, whether it’s video games, board games, or anything that brings people together for a little fun and friendly competition.

Frequently Asked Questions

Therapy is what you make it. You are the expert on your own life and experiences, so I will take the time to get to know you, your strengths, your past experiences, thought processes, etc. From there I will help you to identify what it is that you would like to get out of therapy and we will create a treatment plan specific to your needs. Each session is about 55 minutes.
-
Yes, I currently accept BCBS, Aetna, and Optum (United and Mass General Brigham). Contact your insurance company to verify coverage.

If using insurance, cost depends on your specific plan and whether you have a deductible or copay. You can contact your insurance to find out details on your specific plan. For private pay, the first session is $175, and $150 per session after that.
-
A deductible is a set amount of money that you are required to pay out of pocket until your insurance will cover the cost. Once you hit your deductible, you may still have a copay. Not all insurance plans have deductibles so you can contact your insurance company to find out more.
